We are all strangers to our hidden potential until we confront problems that reveal our capabilities

We are all strangers to our hidden potential until we confront problems that reveal our capabilities.

You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.

Life's challenges are not suppose to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are.

Stop beating yourself up! You are a work in progress, which means you get there a little at a time, not all at once.

No matter how man times I break down, There is always a little piece of me that says.... No, You're not done yet Get Back Up!

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... It's about learning how to dance in the rain.

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.

Hope is like the sun, which, as we journey toward it, casts the shadow of our burdens behind us.

All things splendid have been achieved by those who dared believe that something inside them was superior to circumstance...

Let someone love you just the way you are - as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.

Rise above the storm and you will find the sunshine.

The only thing that hurts harder than a failure is not trying.

To get up when you are down, to fight more intensely when you are struggling; to put in the extra effort when you are in sheer pain, to comeback when nobody expects you to, and to stand tall when everyone is pulling you down are what make a champion.

The greater your storm the brighter your rainbow.
