Wanting to get healthier and in better shape but don't know where to start? If so I thought I would post some charts with some tips and suggestions to share with others.
If there are certain foods that you have trouble avoiding? and end up over indulging, then try eating them in moderation. Or, try giving yourself a cheat meal/snack maybe once a week or every other week or every two weeks. Try not consuming it until the cheat meal day and eating healthier the rest of the time.

One bad meal will not hurt you but if you keep it up and make a habit out of it, then it will sabotage your efforts to get in better shape, healthier and stronger, or to lose weight.
So instead of eating stuff that is bad for you on a regular basis give yourself a certain day where you allow yourself that guilty pleasure food. Then the next day, get back on track. But, you really shouldn't reward yourself with food.
It would be healthier if you rewarded yourself with an activity instead. But, if a cheat meal can help you eat healthy the rest of the time, then maybe it might work for you. As long as you don't over indulge on a regular basis.
